I am pleased to announce the sale of Plazaview Manor, our 15 suite apartment building in the NAIT district of Edmonton.  We purchased the asset for $1,395,000 with $450,000 cash, and sold 4 years and 8 months later for $1,792,500 for a near 30% lift in value despite difficult years in Alberta in 2015, 2016, 2017. The venture went off almost exactly as planned, with a sale price slightly higher than we forecast back in 2012.
